BF4 has this weird controller issue with win 10 where it won't accept multiple inputs being connected and, for example, i have to unplug my nostromo if i want bf4 to recognize my wired 360 controller. If it's the same as the console version, I think it might be in the gameplay tab. It's call auto rotation (the snap-to-target when ADSing) and slowdown (the reticle tracking and sensitivity slowdown). I forget if BF4 offered one or both. [deleted] • 5 yr. ago.

Puntja Hey Guys The Page says Battlefield 4 has full controller support, but it doesnt! you can't navigate all menus, there are no button prompts, you can't control the weapon crate menus, you can't pick up weapons 18:14, 15 November 2018 Waschbär Just tested it with a wired X360 controller and had no problems in any menu or in-game.

Based on what you're describing it sounds like there could be something overriding the mapping for the controller inputs.

I think it's possible, but Dice did a pretty half-assed job implementing it on PC, some of the GUI can only be used with a keyboard and/or mouse, and the hints on the screen show keyboard buttons instead of the xbox buttons. Yes, but only with a wired version. Yes . Yep.
